This policy outlines our approach to training, capacity building, and leadership development.


 1. Objectives of the Policy

  • Equip all Outlet Managers and senior personnel with up-to-date operational skills.

  • Promote data-driven thinking and reporting excellence.

  • Maintain uniform standards of leadership, ethics, and productivity across all DEIL units.

  • Support career growth, internal promotions, and role-based advancement.


 2. Monthly Training Scope

Training is mandatory and scheduled monthly to ensure consistency and impact. Core topics include:

  • Retail & Customer Engagement

  • Financial Remittance & Sales Reporting

  • Inventory & Stock Management

  • Leadership & Staff Supervision

  • Brand Consistency & Outlet Compliance

  • Franchise Operations

  • Data Uploads & Portal Usage

  • Business Ethics & Transparency

  • Expansion Strategy Alignment

  • Communication with Regional HQs

Training frequency and content are adjusted according to outlet tier and departmental needs.


 3. Digital Access & Participation

All trainings are managed via the DEIL Manager Portal. Managers are expected to:

Failure to complete monthly sessions may affect performance evaluations and promotion eligibility.


 4. Growth & Promotion Pathway

Managers who consistently participate and perform well in training will:

  • Be eligible for local and international promotions.

  • Receive priority for leadership roles in new DEIL outlet expansions.

  • Be enrolled in DEIL’s Executive Development Pipeline (EDP) for future GMD or Director-level paths.


 5. Support & Evaluation

  • Regional Directors are responsible for facilitating monthly training sessions.

  • Training effectiveness will be monitored via audits, sales improvements, and customer feedback.

  • Managers are encouraged to submit suggestions for future training topics through the Manager Portal.
